The W300A provides a 300Mbps Wireless-N access point for stable transmission between Ethernet and wireless using the latest MIMO technology. It can be configured via SNMP and Web-based interfaces, and has a Gigabit LAN port, making the W300A suitable for small enterprises.
The W300A supports five working modes: wireless AP mode for other wireless access; Repeater mode for relaying wireless network coverage; P2P and P2MP modes for bridging two or more wireless networks; and wireless client mode.

What is the antenna connector type and is it okay to replace just one, say, with a 9dbi directional antenna?

Hi there, as far as we are aware, these have the standard connector that just about all wireless routers use. You should be able to replace one of them and leave the other two standard ones on25/01/2012 10:57:16 a.m.

Does it come with an injector for POE. ie do I need to buy anything extra to use POE can I plug the cat5 into it & any switch?
